There’s often a perceived disconnect between Realtors and builders. With our custom homes, both parties work with the home buyer, but usually have different agendas they will bring to the table.

That’s not how we work with Realtors! We value Realtors. They do a great job of keeping up-to-date with trends in homes and buying habits and that’s expertise that we can definitely appreciate. We respect the time, training, and knowledge it takes to be a quality Realtor.

Due to that respect, building and maintaining connections with Realtors is a high priority for us. Those relationships tend to become a mutually beneficial referral source as well.
